About The Position

Ivy Health is hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist for its Early Intervention team in Pennsylvania. The role serves children from birth through age three and their families. Using a coaching model, the therapist empowers parents to provide support and techniques that help their child succeed and achieve goals. Services are delivered in the child’s natural setting, such as the home, daycare, or community. This is a per-visit position of 5–19 hours per week, with the possibility of building to part-time or potentially full-time work depending on need and flexibility. The therapist controls their schedule and arranges visits with families when it works for both parties. The role offers clinical resources and mentorship, and uses ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time so clinicians can spend more time with patients and complete notes at work.
