About The Position

LADACIN Network, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist for its Early Intervention Program in Ocean County. This part-time role provides occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and multiple physical disabilities in a home-based setting as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. The position includes evaluation and treatment, individualized planning, family-centered collaboration, documentation, and compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards.

Requirements

Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team.
Must pass required background clearances and screenings.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services to children from birth through age three.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental goals.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services.
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Support children and families through education, coaching, and community-based intervention.
Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards.
Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics.
