About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in the Greer, South Carolina area for its Better at Home program. The role provides occupational therapy to senior patients and offers opportunities to build relationships with patients, grow through community partnerships, and contribute to a team focused on helping seniors live well. Legacy is a not-for-profit organization providing personalized therapeutic and rehabilitative care in senior living communities. It is therapist-founded and therapist-led, and serves nearly 500 senior living communities across the United States. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. The hourly pay range is $39.00–$49.00. Eligible employees may earn a quarterly GROW bonus when their clinic exceeds its growth goal through care delivered according to patients’ plans of care and expanded wellness and home-based programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Build community partnerships and grow as a leader.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
