About The Position
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed PRN Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility at The Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville, Missouri. The role provides as-needed, flexible shifts, with scheduling intended to support work–life balance. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs, develops and delivers individualized treatment plans, and helps patients improve motor skills, coordination, daily function, independence, and quality of life. Requirements
- Master’s or doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state occupational therapy license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans.
- Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices.
- Educate patients on strategies to improve function and safety.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and the full care team.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment changes.
- Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and research.
