PRN Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Riverside Village is hiring PRN Occupational Therapists. The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices and applicable policies and procedures. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), contributing to case management, and following applicable state regulations. The position offers access to a variety of shifts and schedules, collaboration with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy, and opportunities to serve senior residents across local ASC facilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide quality patient care.
- Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
- Contribute to case management.
- Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
- Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
