About The Position
Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Provide therapy through therapeutic activities, activities-of-daily-living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans according to patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
