About The Position

Saint Joseph Health System is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a pediatric outpatient role. The position works in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and contributes to a multidisciplinary care team. The therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers therapeutic interventions, and supports patients’ functional independence and quality of life. The role also includes educating patients and families, documenting care, participating in team meetings and initiatives, and promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
