About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation's innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists looking for a blend of mentorship and independence to launch their careers. This program offers an exciting career on a team revolutionizing care for older adults, with all the support needed to become a confident, successful, and well-rounded professional. FOX was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in STATE
- Graduate from an accredited OT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally
- A passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in a rewarding setting.
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
- Supplement income by treating additional patients or referring classmates/colleagues for bonuses.
