About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new graduates to launch their careers with comprehensive support. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization founded in 1998, known for providing outpatient services in home settings, emphasizing 1:1 patient care. The program aims to revolutionize care for older adults by supporting clinicians in becoming confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. Clinicians will have the flexibility and autonomy to provide high-quality, individualized treatment in a rewarding setting.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in Maine.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment to patients.
• Deliver top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Focus on delivering exceptional care without feeling overwhelmed.
• Set your own schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
• Treat additional patients to supplement income.
• Refer classmates or colleagues for bonuses.
• Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in various settings.
