FOX Rehabilitation's innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists looking for a blend of mentorship and independence to launch their careers. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in Maine.
- Graduate from an accredited OT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in a rewarding setting.
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
- Supplement income by treating additional patients or by referring classmates or colleagues for referral bonuses.
