About The Position
Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a caring and energetic Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on helping residents regain function and maximize independence through individualized, skilled occupational therapy services. The Occupational Therapist works collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and medical staff and educates residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment. Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
