About The Position

This position is for an Occupational Therapist in an acute care hospital setting. The shift is 5x8s, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend work required approximately 1-2 times per month. The role does not require on-call duties but may require working holidays as needed. Travelers may be asked to float within their scope to meet facility needs or float between like units/sister facilities. The facility is a hospital-based acute care unit with a total of 120 staffed beds. Charting is done via Epic. Parking is free. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June-November, with peak activity in August and September), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Requirements

1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
South Carolina or Multistate Compact Occupational Therapist License, at start of contract.
BLS certification.
NBCOT certification.
