About The Position

Provide occupational therapy in a hospital-based outpatient setting. The ideal candidate can work across outpatient and inpatient settings, primarily inpatient rehabilitation, and provide weekend coverage. An acceptable candidate has skilled outpatient OT experience in neuro, some orthopedics/hands, and some pediatrics.

Requirements

• Skilled outpatient occupational therapy experience in a hospital-based outpatient setting.
• Experience in neuro occupational therapy; some orthopedic/hands and pediatric experience is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work across outpatient and inpatient settings, primarily inpatient rehabilitation, and help with weekend coverage.
• Acute care outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy in outpatient and inpatient settings, primarily inpatient rehabilitation, for the ideal candidate.
• Provide Sunday inpatient coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during Week 1 for the ideal schedule.
• Work outpatient hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., during Week 1 for the ideal schedule.
• Work outpatient hours Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., during Week 2 for the ideal schedule.
• For the acceptable schedule, provide outpatient OT Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
