Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), or eligible for licensure, in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Provide care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
- Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
