About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for a long-term substitute assignment serving preschool students at the Early Learning Center in northwest Cincinnati. The assignment runs from November through the first week of December 2026, excluding the November 23–27 holiday break. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., for 7.5 hours per day. The caseload is 23 preschool students at one building. The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations and provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs. The role also involves providing services based on IEPs or 504 plans, conducting assessments, writing reports, and identifying students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. The work focuses on supporting children’s success in school and beyond.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and assessments for preschool students.
Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and services based on IEPs or 504 plans.
Write reports and determine students’ strengths and areas of concern, including in fine motor skills and handwriting.
