Long Term Substitute Occupational Therapist - Full Time - On Site
About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a long-term substitute assignment serving preschool students at the Early Learning Center, 5035 Delhi Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio. The assignment runs from November through the first week of December 2026, excluding the November 23–27 holiday break. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., for 7.5 hours per day. The caseload is 23 preschool students at one building. The Occupational Therapist provides evaluations and direct occupational therapy services to preschool students in accordance with their IEPs. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, writing reports, and identifying students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. Services support students’ success in the school setting and beyond. PDS provides pediatric therapists to public school districts, charter schools, and communities. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State Occupational Therapy License.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and direct occupational therapy services to preschool students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Write reports.
- Determine students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
