About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a long-term preschool substitute assignment at the Early Learning Center in northwest Cincinnati. The assignment runs from November through the first week of December 2026, excluding the November 23–27 holiday break. The therapist will serve 23 preschool students at one building, providing evaluations and direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs. The role also includes conducting evaluations and assessments, writing reports, and identifying students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. Services support students’ success in school and beyond.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State Occupational Therapy license. PDS states that its licensing team can help candidates obtain a license for a specific state.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for preschool students.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and 504 plans.
- Write reports and determine students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
