About The Position

We are in need of a committed Per Diem Occupational Therapist to work at St. Peter's Hospital! Needs are during the week and weekends. Highlights: Recognized leader: Magnet Hospital in the Capital Region. Patient and staff friendly productivity standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an OT
• Flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential
• Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and deadlines
• Time management, communication, and superb customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
• Document progress toward identified objectives
• Provide accurate and timely documentation with online EMR
• Work collaboratively with the therapy team in a great team environment
• Conduct patient and family education.

• Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
• The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
