About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required upon hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current BLS certification required; AHA, American Red Cross, or BLS Instructor certification accepted
• Epic experience required
• Strong occupational therapy assessment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and patient care skills
• Effective communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills required
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
• Must be available to work 1 weekend day per month

Nice To Haves

• Certifications not currently in hand must be noted as “Willing to Obtain” at submission

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement rehabilitation and patient care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and management.
