About The Position

This position is for an Occupational Therapist working day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a guaranteed 35 hours per week for a 92-week contract. The OT provides rehabilitation services to patients experiencing physical, cognitive, or functional limitations due to injury, illness, or surgery. The therapist focuses on helping patients regain independence with daily activities and improving overall functional ability through individualized treatment programs.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the appropriate state.
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and patient safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings.
