About The Position

Powerback is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy in an in-facility setting. The therapist assesses patient needs, develops recovery plans, and delivers care intended to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities, independence, and productivity. The role involves treating each patient as an individual, adapting to their needs, collaborating with peers, and making referrals when patients need additional care. The therapist also trains patients and caregivers in skills that promote independence. The position reports to the Director of Rehab. Powerback describes its approach as patient-centered and individualized, helping patients recover and improve how they feel, move, breathe, and live. The posted salary range is USD $40.00–$46.00 per hour.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
