About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Modesto, California. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, delivers interventions to improve function and independence, and documents patient progress. The therapist also educates patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals; works with an interdisciplinary care team; and provides supervision and guidance to COTAs. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current California license or eligibility for licensure.
