About The Position

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to residents at its Louisville location. The role involves completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans, while maintaining timely and accurate documentation and following applicable policies and scope-of-practice requirements. The therapist is expected to use initiative and sound judgment in responding to patient-care priorities and complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings. The position is offered as full-time, part-time, or PRN. Compensation is advertised up to $130,000 annually, depending on experience, schedule, and location, with a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus. Requirements

Hold a valid professional Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited school and be eligible to take or have passed the NBCOT examinations.
Foreign-trained applicants must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan.
Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
Recognize and respond to patient-care priorities, showing initiative and sound judgment.
Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by a supervisor.
