About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Assisted Living / Memory Care setting with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 35 guaranteed hours weekly. This role is based within a newly partnered retirement community focused on building a strong rehabilitation team. The OT will provide patient-centered therapy services to residents across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care environments. The facility features a modern rehab gym and collaborative therapy setting designed to support high-quality rehabilitative care and improved resident independence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
• Active State OT License required
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a rehab team
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• New graduates not accepted

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SNF, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or rehab setting preferred
