About The Position

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment working 35 guaranteed hours weekly on an 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule. This role focuses on helping patients improve independence with daily living activities, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional rehabilitation within a skilled nursing environment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient conditions, establish individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable working with geriatric and rehabilitation populations in a fast-paced SNF setting.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist License required
• BLS Certification required

Nice To Haves

• SNF experience preferred
• Strong rehabilitation and patient care skills preferred
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
