Occupational Therapy - OT SNF
About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with approximately 35 hours per week. This role is based in a well-established senior living community with a modern, fully equipped rehabilitation gym and an experienced therapy team. The OT will focus on improving residents’ independence and quality of life through individualized treatment plans. This is a weekday-only position with no weekend rotation, ideal for clinicians seeking long-term stability in a supportive rehab environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
- Active State OT License required
- BLS certification required
- Strong knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF or rehab setting preferred
