About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners provides neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities. The Occupational Therapist provides patient-centered care for people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. The role works with an interdisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans and uses creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Part-time positions are available in Riverside, California, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification or a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving upper extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
- Evaluate and treat visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
- Evaluate and address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
- Provide individualized rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities as part of an interdisciplinary team.
