As an Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that empower participants to safely remain in their homes and communities. You'll help improve strength, mobility, daily living skills, and confidence while collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current NBCOT registration
  • Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to care
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
  • The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately in a variety of settings, including emotionally sensitive situations

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations
