About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an active California Occupational Therapist license, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and current BLS certification. This role involves performing comprehensive OT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with patients who have physical, cognitive, or functional limitations. Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation
• Experience working with patients with physical, cognitive, or functional limitations
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a diverse patient caseload

Responsibilities
