About The Position

Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves facilitating a therapeutic Summer Camp during July 2026, providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The OT will work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, focusing on fostering sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence. The position includes providing individualized therapy, facilitating small group sessions, implementing client-centered approaches like DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration, collaborating with other therapists and social workers, and documenting progress while communicating with families.

Requirements

  • Skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Proficiency in fostering sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.
  • Experience with client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy and facilitate small group sessions for the therapeutic Summer Camp.
  • Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
  • Collaborate daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
