About The Position

Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The OT will work with children and families in the clinic, schools, and homes, focusing on individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The position aims to foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.

Requirements

Skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT).
Experience with children and families.
Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
Knowledge of client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
Ability to collaborate with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
Ability to document progress and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized therapy.

Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
