About The Position

Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The OT will work with children and families in the clinic, schools, and homes, focusing on individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The position aims to foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.

Requirements

  • Skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Ability to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Proficiency in fostering sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.
  • Experience with individualized therapy.
  • Experience implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
  • Ability to collaborate with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Skills in documenting progress and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy to children and families in the clinic, clients' schools, and homes.
  • Work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.
  • Provide individualized therapy.
  • Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
  • Collaborate daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers.
  • Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
