Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized therapeutic care to senior patients in senior living communities. The role involves building relationships with patients, evaluating and treating them, and helping residents live their best lives. The therapist will contribute to community partnerships and resident wellness through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no required weekends or holidays, opportunities for career advancement, and eligibility to earn a quarterly GROW bonus when the clinic exceeds its growth goal through care provided according to patients’ plans of care and expanded wellness and home-based programs. The pay range is $43.00–$50.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
