About The Position

PAM Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its new rehabilitation hospital in Aiken, South Carolina. The therapist will provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, planning and implementing age-appropriate treatment programs in accordance with occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices. The role also contributes to the further development of services and requires flexibility to meet the System’s needs across different facilities. Other related duties may be assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Occupational therapy license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy patient care.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health System practices.
• Contribute to the further development of services.
• Remain flexible to meet the System’s needs across different facilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
