About The Position
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct occupational therapy services to residents and participants of Parker, helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. The position is based at Parker at The Pavilion and includes required homecare visits. The role is per diem, with approximately two shifts monthly as needed, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $53.00–$58.00, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience required.
- Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapy state licensure.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.

- Experience in a nursing care facility with geriatric patients.
