About The Position

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities in Corona, California, and surrounding areas. The organization treats traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that create integrated treatment plans and practice them in functional, real-world settings. The evidence-based approach uses varied and engaging activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. The role includes evaluating and treating impairments involving upper-extremity function, activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), visual and perceptual skills, cognition, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology. Collage provides individualized services across the recovery continuum, from severe brain injury through job readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
State licensure.
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

Professional certification or a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience treating neurologically related disorders.

Responsibilities
