About The Position
Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their team in Ozark, Missouri. This part-time opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the therapist to make a real difference with the patients they serve. The role involves helping patients improve their independence, safety, and ability to participate in meaningful activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Missouri OT license or eligibility
- NBCOT certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A patient-first approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled OT interventions
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
