About The Position
Concept Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ozark, Missouri. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients improve their independence, safety, and ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Missouri OT license or eligibility
- NBCOT certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A patient-first approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled OT interventions
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
