About The Position
Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri. As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized, skilled therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Previous rehabilitation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions
- Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
