About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation. Provides therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility. Focus on improving patient independence, functional mobility, and quality of life. Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to optimize care.
Requirements
- Current OT license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Skilled in patient assessment.
- Skilled in individualized care planning.
- Skilled in delivering therapy for ADLs, cognitive, and functional needs.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with rehab and nursing staff.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-hospital rehab preferred.
