About The Position

AccentCare is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in Weatherford, Texas, and surrounding areas. The position is paid on a per-point basis; the listed annual compensation estimate is $97,000–$118,000, based on experience.

The Occupational Therapist joins a collaborative, purpose-driven team focused on providing exceptional care and supporting patients in aging in place. The role requires knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury, relevant clinical experience, a qualifying occupational therapy degree and state license or certificate, and the ability to travel to business locations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury.
• Experience in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, with a license or certificate in the state where services are provided.
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision.
• Licensed driver able to travel to all business locations.
