About The Position

ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced, field-based Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve San Jose, California. Compensation is per visit and based on experience, skills, and market alignment; the posting estimates full-time annual compensation of $153,000–$206,000. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate, and paid parking is provided. Career development opportunities may include precepting, clinical education, and clinical leadership. Requirements

• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical occupational therapy experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
