About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients at Vibra Hospital of Fargo, a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. The hospital provides acute care to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The position includes patient assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication, and functions under physician orders. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy where accepted; a master's degree is required otherwise.
- NBCOT registration and licensure according to the requirements of the state of practice.
- Current, valid, and active registration or license according to state requirements in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
