About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring an Occupational Therapist for its outpatient clinics. The role treats a diverse caseload that may include upper extremity injuries, hand therapy, neurological conditions, pediatric developmental delays, work hardening, return-to-work programs, and functional capacity evaluations. Therapists collaborate and share knowledge while delivering patient care with modern tools.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats outpatient clients, designs creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricates custom splints when needed, and educates patients and families about home programs and adaptive strategies. The clinic provides dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility for certification.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.

Nice To Haves

• Hand therapy experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
