About The Position

TheraDynamics is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic. The clinic treats a varied caseload that may include hand and upper-extremity injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric developmental delays, work-hardening and return-to-work programs, and functional capacity evaluations. Therapists collaborate and share knowledge, with dedicated one-on-one time for each patient.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats clients, develops creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricates custom splints when needed, and educates patients and families about home programs and adaptive strategies. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligible for a New York State Occupational Therapy license.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility for certification.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.

Nice To Haves

• Hand therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
