About The Position

Pleasantview Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its skilled nursing facility team. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines, collaborates with families and care teams, and helps ensure therapy goals are carried out effectively. New graduates are welcome. The role is available as PRN, with full-time and part-time shifts also listed as options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, at minimum.
• Must be a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetHealth and PCC is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on evaluations and treatment to residents.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and staff.
• Document progress in medical records.
• Train staff to support therapy goals.
• Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to help ensure therapy goals are carried out effectively.
