Under general direction, provides occupational therapy services to mentally and/or physically impaired patients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates the learning of those skills to promote functional independence. Required to follow the State Practice Act KRS.319A. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills.
