About The Position

Under general direction, provides occupational therapy services to mentally and/or physically impaired patients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates the learning of those skills to promote functional independence. Required to follow the State Practice Act KRS.319A. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills. Contributes to the mission and philosophy of the Organization. Contributes to the effective operation of the Organization by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Requirements

• Successful completion of clinicals.
• Transfer training.
• CPR required.

• Minimum of three (3) months exposure to related field.
