About The Position

Expressable is hiring a Georgia-licensed Occupational Therapist to provide remote occupational therapy for a diverse pediatric population. The position is primarily remote, though hybrid opportunities may be available in certain markets. Candidates must be located in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border and hold a Georgia state license. This is a full-time W2, exempt salaried role with a choice of 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-, or 40-hour schedules and a dedicated caseload. The annualized base salary is $67,000–$79,000, with opportunities for additional recurring schedule earnings by working high-demand hours. Clinicians use Expressable’s clinical platform and AI-assisted documentation tool, Scout, and receive support from specialized teams for insurance, billing, and authorizations. The company also provides hardware, professional development, CEUs, and a library of home programs and exercises.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
Individual NPI number.
Georgia state license.
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings.
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
Deliver outcomes-focused care through collaboration and caregiver engagement.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
