About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Adrian, MI. We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time candidates looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Michigan OT licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life
