About The Position

ITS is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric care and support exceptional patient outcomes. The role involves working independently, managing a caseload, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Therapists work with children from birth through age 21 in one-on-one sessions, tailoring treatment to each child’s needs as part of a holistic approach to care. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The posting describes earnings of up to $104,526 annually, including bonus, through Employee Performance Plans.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage a caseload.
Strong communication skills, self-control, and enjoyment of working with others.
Willingness to collaborate across organizational divisions on schedule planning, referral development, and team cooperation.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy sessions for children from birth through age 21, tailoring treatment to their individual needs.
Manage an independent caseload and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists.
